What are your dancing goals? Just social dancing, a wedding dance, exams, medals, masterclasses, competition, performance or a "Strictly Experience"? We cater for them all 🙂
She works with her team and support staff to oversee both the creative and physical aspects of dancing so that you achieve your goals, whether they be social dancing, performance, medals, competitions or just fun.
She will instil in you the joy of dance ensuring you are taught in a way that will allow you to understand the principles, apply the techniques and enjoy the process from the very beginning. Fun and achievement are the goals!

Lena Cataeva
Founder
Professional dancer Lena was 4 times World and European Champion in Ballroom Formation as part of the"Codreanca Formation Team" - see the video in the gallery 🙂. She is internationally and IDTA qualified and after starting to dance at the age of 6, has more than 30 years of dancing experience, 20 of which have combined competing, teaching and performing.
WORLD CLASS
Learn any or all of the standard ballroom and latin dances - Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive - as well as special dances such as Argentine Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Mambo, Bolero from a former World Champion, Lena Cataeva and her team.

La La Dance offers a range of teaching options - Group Classes, Private Lessons, Workshops/Advanced Technique Classes as well as many other dance related services such as Choreography. So whether you just want to have fun or you have ambitions to get your medals and compete, please come to us....
THERAPY
Dancing is a wonderful way to keep fit, both physically and mentally. Physical movement and learning new ways to move all parts of the body provides a true sense of achievement, which also leads to improved self esteem and confidence. Come and dance with us to discover the therapeutic effect.
